Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns:
• You can return items within 14 days
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Not returnable:
• Used incense sticks
• Used incense holders
• ⁠Used incense storage box 

Faulty or Damaged Items:
• Email us within 48 hours with photos
• We will replace or refund you

Postage:
• Unwanted returns: you pay return postage
• Faulty items: we cover return postage

Refunds:
• Processed within 3–10 working days after we receive the returned item
